Abstract: This paper summarizes the RedVine Service Delivery Framework (RVSDF) as an extension of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) for the management and implementation of service delivery within the managed services industry. The framework is built on traditional concepts of service management such as measuring and deploying resources but combines the people component of culture, employee engagement through career pathing, and performance management.
